Is there a Billing dept at TurboTax?

Who do I talk to about incorrect billing on my taxes? TurboTax really messed up the fees that they charged me and I want to talk to someone about it no AI?!?!? No one is available on the phone (90 min+ wait for help desk) and they do not have an email address that I can find. Any suggestions?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

I didn't say "refund" I stated "billing". Also, the link that you sent to me is for help with taxes and says that I must have the upgraded format of the program in order to talk with a live person. Is this for real?! Who is it that I can actually SPEAK to about the fees that I was inaccurately charged?

@dltl You will need to contact TurboTax support for the problem. Use the key words Billing Issue
