I purchased the software from Sam's Club tried down loading onto my computer and received an error message that my computer was too old. I then went online and completed one of the 4 tax returns that I am working on. I then purchased a new computer so I can do the remaining taxes and the activation code won't let me upload and says it's already used. How can I get my activation code to work?

so I think you mean you had Win 10, and then accepted the offer to switch that license to online, completed a return online and in doing so used the license code for the Online Premium edition?

if that is the case that license has been used for online which only allows 1 return per account, but not interchangeable back to desktop. to do more returns now on desktop under Win 11 you would have to purchase a new license.
