TurboTax Business state modules not downloading

After buying the NY state program it did not download. All I get is a circular process saying I bought it and click to download and then back to the beginning and over and over. Has anyone seen this issue?

Most likely, the reason the program will not download is due to the vast majority of the New York Business tax forms are not yet ready and available. The expected availability date is February 13. You can check the forms availability by gong to State Forms Availability for TurboTax Business. Select TurboTax for Windows and then scroll down to New York and select the type of business return you need to prepare - (e.g. S-Corp, Partnership, Fiduciary).

Thank you for your reply. While that makes sense, TT said they had it 2/1 and allowed to purchase and support says it should have downloaded (not that they are at all a reliable source).

Have you tried downloading it from your Intuit account online:

Go to accounts-tax.intuit.com and log in with your email / credentials that you use for TurboTax
Select Products & Billing > TurboTax > TurboTax Desktop 2025 > Licenses and downloads
You should see your state product listed, next to this select the blue box for Windows download
1. If this option isn't showing, then above this (in Need a download or a download for a different operating system) select 'enter your license code here'; then follow the prompts.
