Software download link was not sent

I purchased on line version of TurboTax Premier from Costco. I received email with ESD order number, Costco PO number, the Key, but there is no Download link stated. Thus I am unable to download software to my desktop. I have sent repeated emails to [email address removed] since that is the contact given in the email, but they are not responding. Anyone else had this problem? How was it resolved? Thanks.

Go to this TurboTax website to download the desktop edition you purchased - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/install-turbotax/

Downloaded, proceeded to install. Now I cannot activate.

Got this message: This account has a license code which is the code I have.

Click on that box.

Click on Activate Turbo tax, then get this message.

"All available activations for that code have been used. Error code: 603. "

I have not activated anything.
