To delete a form in TurboTax Online:

Click on Tax Tools in the left menu, then select Tools. You may need to scroll down to "unhide" the Tools option.
Select Delete a form from the pop-up window.
Find the form you wish to remove and click the Delete button next to it.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the deletion.

If there is any information flowing to Form 8959 from another form or entry in your return, the program will re-create the deleted form. It is sometimes necessary to delete the forms or input with information flowing to the form you wish to delete.
