TurboTax Business State Loop

When clicking on Start for my New York Partnership return, TT Business asks me to download the state component which was already purchased. OK, done. Then it takes me back to the same page. I click on Start for my return and it asks me to download the state component again. And around in circles I go. I used the TT State Cleaner, I even uninstalled and reinstalled TurboTax Business, but keep getting stuck in this loop. What else can be done?

I am in the state of Illinois. Same problem.

I have not been able to get someone on the phone at Turbo tax to help me with this problem. When I ask for a Supervisor, I get disconnected. Have you had any luck resolving this issue???
