I’ve been trying for over a week to try to file and spoke to multiple reps and googled every question to get an answer from TurboTax as to why I still can’t use that option to pay with my refund and I have enough to cover the fees and I have gone over all my tax forms and even started over the filing process and still got the same notice saying I am not eligible to use this option with no explanation and every rep I have spoken to say it’s a glitch and going through this page trying to find answers I see the same response from a supposedly tax expert but no explanation to why it’s not letting me pay with my refund and I have been using this service for over 10 yrs. And no the fees are not $40-$45 it’s almost $200 in fees, turbo tax is a liar.

The "refund processing" fee is $40. The other fees you see are for using the software.

You can avoid the $40 extra fee by paying the software fees before you e-file using a credit or debit card.

How can I see my TurboTax fees?

If your TurboTax fees are higher than expected, you can reduce them by removing add-ons (BEFORE you e-file) :

Remove Premium Services
Remove MAX Defend & Restore
Remove a state
Remove PLUS Help & Support
Remove Pay With Your Refund

Or—-Use this IRS site for other ways to file for free. There are 8 free software versions available from the IRS Free File site

Your response and information provided isn’t what I’m asking about I want to know why the issue hasn’t been fixed.
