TurboTax Deluxe 2024 pc version.

Getting do loop trying to file my WISCONSIN state taxes

Have been using turbo tax for years and never had this issue.

Tried two credit cards. I am not even sure if the error message truly reflects and attempt made to authorize payment or glitch with software

You will have to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this problem. Use the key words Billing Issue

You cannot e-file a 2024 tax return, federal or state. It can only be printed and mailed using TurboTax.

In the File section you will need to check File by Mail, not E-file.
