Waiting for tax forms

When TT says the tax forms I need (in my case for rental property) is it more likely that the IRS isn't done yet or TT isn't done yet? Current message is "expected in February but maybe sooner."

No. It is not the IRS. Schedule E updates are in progress and should be available by 2/11/26.

However, our tech team is working hard to have those updates before that date.
