    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you. I did exactly all that. I even removed uninstalled the application and reinstalled it and did the taxes over again, and it does the same thing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m wondering if it’s a bug with the 2025 TurboTax that needs to be updated? I guess I’ll have to reach out to TurboTax, but I’m afraid cause they never answer. &amp;nbsp;Thanks. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My federal returns were rejected for 1095-a form. I went back in, certified it was not required, then when I hit transmit again the application keeps closing out and reopening and does not let me re-transmit. has this happened to anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If you are sure that no one on the return was on an ACA Marketplace plan, you can follow the steps below to certify that you did not receive a 1095-A:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;1. Select Federal from the left menu, then Deductions &amp;amp; Credits.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;2. Navigate to Medical and select Show More.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;3. Select Start or Revisit next to Affordable Care Act (Form 1095-A).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;4. You'll be asked if you received a 1095-A. Select No.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;5. Select the statement indicating you did not receive a 1095-A. By selecting this certification, you will be able to e-file your return and meet the requirements of reject code F8962-070.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;6. Select File from the left menu and continue through the process to resubmit your return.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If you already followed the steps above and you continue having issues, sometimes you need to clear your cache (that is, remove these temporary files) because a full or corrupted cache can cause problems in TurboTax. &amp;nbsp;You can try these steps if you are using the online version:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

 &lt;LI&gt;The question will come up &lt;STRONG&gt;Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Answer &lt;STRONG&gt;Yes&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Continue to the form&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Delete it using the trash can&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Repeat the process&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;When you get to &lt;STRONG&gt;Did you receive Form 1095-A for your health insurance plan?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, what I ended up doing was using the online web version of turbo tax and had to almost re-do the whole thing, It was rejected as expected, then when I went to fix it, I followed all the steps above and it worked. It didnt crash because it was not the APP.&amp;nbsp; I have not had time to contact turbox directly but somoene should. I wonder if they monitor these queues?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes, I called the marketplace and they confirmed we had nothing. We did not have any marketplace insurance in 2025. But Intuit did a recent update which may have resolved the issue. so to whomever is having this same problem, make sure you have the lates update done to your turbotax and that should allow you now to resubmit your taxes. Fixed it for me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
