Error 567812 appears when a file is marked as read-only or the user does not have permission to edit it. You can override this by clicking "Save As" and saving the file to the C drive of your computer at which point you will be able to edit it.

I am having the same issue and save as to the c drive does not work either. get the same error.

Key Solutions for Error 567812:

Use "Save As": If you cannot save, go to File > Save As and save the return with a new name in a different folder on your local drive or on your desktop
Run as Administrator: Right-click the TurboTax icon, select Run as administrator, and attempt to open/save the file again.
