Filing w7 for dependent

Hi,

I have a question on which reason to select in the ITIN application for my Child.

I am on H1b Visa and a resident alien for Income tax purposes. I am in us for last few years and filing jointly with my wife. I am in the process of applying ITIN for my child who is on H4 dependent visa to claim as a dependent. I am not sure which reason I should select from the following

d. Dependent of U.S. citizen/resident alien
g. Dependent/spouse of a nonresident alien holding a U.S.visa

On the ITIN application for your child, as you indicate that you are a resident alien for U.S. federal tax purposes, based on your physical presence in the U.S. and holding an H1b Visa, you would select Item d. Dependent of U.S. citizen/resident alien.
