    <description>&lt;P&gt;I receive the following message with TurboTax Premier Desktop: "&lt;STRONG&gt;We recommend you revisit the last topic you&amp;nbsp;were working on to make sure all your info's correct&lt;/STRONG&gt;.". This message pops up on all of the interview mode topics. I can enter information directly on the forms, but I cannot use the Step-by-Step menus. I have been skipping around and&amp;nbsp; entering information out of the normal sequence (e.g. I am going back and forth between "Wages and Income" and "Deductions and Credits". I would like to get&amp;nbsp;Step-by-Step working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;We are unable to reproduce this experience in &lt;STRONG&gt;TurboTax Premier Desktop&lt;/STRONG&gt;. Please open your return and click &lt;STRONG&gt;Online &lt;/STRONG&gt;in the top menu (black bar). Then choose &lt;STRONG&gt;Check for Updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This will force TurboTax to install any recently released updates. Restart TurboTax, open your return, and check if Step-by-Step is working now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;If this doesn't resolve the issue, you may need to &lt;STRONG&gt;reinstall TurboTax&lt;/STRONG&gt; from your downloaded installation file. Then run updates again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
