      <description>&lt;P&gt;The Deductions topics page may not update the display until you close/re-open the program. &amp;nbsp;If you went all the way through the section to the 'Summary' page, this doesn't affect your return.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can look at the&lt;I&gt; Charitable Contributions Summary&lt;/I&gt; in TurboTax Desktop in FORMS mode to verify your info. &amp;nbsp;In TurboTax Online, you can view all your forms and worksheet after you've paid for your return.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was able to delete the Form for a charitable donation that I could not edit and then create a new Form for the donation. &amp;nbsp;However, once I closed the new Form I could not open it again and further edit it. &amp;nbsp;I had the same issues with the 1099R form. &amp;nbsp;This appears to be a software issue that needs to be fixed. &amp;nbsp;I down loaded Turbo Tax onto my computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like something got stuck. You can try these things:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Log Out Completely:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Before doing anything else, click &lt;STRONG&gt;Sign Out&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the TurboTax menu.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;Cache&lt;/A&gt; and &lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-do-i-delete-cookies/00/25978" target="_blank"&gt;Cookies&lt;/A&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This removes old, "corrupted" data that might be confusing the website.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Use an Incognito (Private) Window:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This is the most effective "quick fix" because it launches the browser without any saved history or extensions (like AdBlockers) that often interfere with tax forms.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Check Pop-up Blockers:&lt;/STRONG&gt; TurboTax often opens forms (like the 1099 PDF) or payment windows in a separate pop-up. Look at the right side of your address bar for a small icon with a "red X"—click it and select &lt;STRONG&gt;"Always allow pop-ups from Intuit."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Restart the Browser:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Close all open windows of your browser entirely and then reopen it.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Most TurboTax errors happen because the browser is trying to use an old "session" from a previous visit. By clearing the cache or using Incognito mode, you force the browser to establish a brand-new, secure connection with the Intuit servers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was sent an email saying i should clear my cache - I am NOT using the website for my taxes - I am using software on a computer. I closed the program and relaunched it and&amp;nbsp; i still have the "NEEDS REVIEW" error&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The software connects to the main system through the internet. &amp;nbsp;That's how it gets updates for the program and how it efiles returns. &amp;nbsp;Clearing your cache and cookies can tell your computer that you are not still running the program over the internet and allow updates to download which may fix issues. &amp;nbsp;You should re-start your computer and clear your cache and cookies as &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/743838"&gt;@CatinaT1&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; recommends above.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was not using the internet version of Turbo Tax - I used the downloaded computer software. The way I fixed the problem (after phoning Turbo Tax) was to combine 3 different dates that I made donations to the same place - and that total triggered the prompt to add an address (previously the amounts were smaller for each date and no charity address was required). That fixed my problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
