      <description>&lt;P&gt;While there is no deduction or credit for FICA taxes (boxes 4 nd 6), withholding taxes are a credit against the taxes you will owe on those commissions. They would be included in box 2 (federal) and possibly 16 (state)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
