I'm getting this error when trying to submit. I've checked everything and there is no error on my forms/info. Anyone else getting this error?

I've been filing with Turbo tax for over 10 years and never had any issues! Why this year there are SO MANY ISSUES? It's not like it is truly free to file like advertised!

I have the same issue , filed over a week now and IRS website says my info is incorrect it doesn’t match, but yet Turbo tax doesn’t have an answer. Ive been with Turbo Tax for 7 years and never had an issue before I don’t know why this is happening and can’t get any help.

Not at all, called IRS very grumpy lady she was of no help. Turbo tax rep was clueless

YES!!! I DID!!! LET ME KNOW if u attempted to file on 01/27/2025 too? AND if u did the refund advance! I need to know that first before I tell you guys if it's the same situation as mine! If it is I know how to HELP! NO THANKS to TURBO TAX!!!

I filed on 1/25 and yes I did do the refund Advance. Please any help I can get will be greatly appreciated.

The Federal had already been submitted the first day you tried with the refund advance. After you press efile you should come up to the page where you choose the refund advance. THIS PART YOU WANT TO UNCHECK AND JUST DO THE REGULAR DIRECT DEPOSIT (to credit karma or wherever you want it to deposit it into). Then before submitting UNCHECK THE FEDERAL. YOU WANT ONLY THE STATE CHECKED. Because Federal is already pending. Then transmit. It will go through. Let me know if this worked for you!

If you go to your tax home, on the bottom right you should be able to see " E-FILE details" click on the details. you'll see federal was submitted the first time you tried

Once you do the steps I tell you above to submit JUST THE STATE it will auto transmit for federal and state

Okay im on the tax home page. I have the option to view efile satus but doesn’t have the option to click or change anything

Here is an example of mine. I attempted to submit on the 27th. Federal went through but State didnt because our state was not ready. Since Federal already had been submitted if you attempt to submit federal again that's attempting to submit it a second time which it wont allow especially if you're trying to submit a second time with the refund advance. So the second time make sure you uncheck the refund advance and submit just the STATE. Once you do Federal and State will auto transmit together

Click on your state to efile again. just click review state. and then uncheck the refund advance and do normal deposit and then uncheck federal and leave state checked then transmit

dont add a state if you already have your state done already. if you dont have it done then of course add state. but if you already have your state just review it and then retransmit it without the refund advance
