I paid for the do it yourself deluxe with TurboTax I was able half my taxes. But it won’t let me do my state taxes and says there’s a duplicate. Help?

If TurboTax is giving you a duplicate error you can try deleting your state return and start again. This often helps resolve the duplicate error. You can do this by selecting State Taxes from Tax Home.

On the Status of your state returns screen, select the trash can icon next to your state, then select Delete. Here is the link with those instructions.
