To update your billing information please while logged into your return click up in the upper right hand side of your account; the button Account and from there update your billing information and you will be able to move forward.

My return was free. It never asked for a form of payment...

My return was free. It never asked for a form of payment and yet when I try to register it says it cant validate my credit card???? I did my taxes with another company this year. I've been with turbo tax for 6 years. Very disappointing. I tried to resolve this by trying to contact turbo tax but never got a live person.

My credit card ending in 6647 was compromised & Citi Bank Costco Visa card issued me a new credit card

after 4/1/19. I want to pay my my IRS & State of Connecticut quarterly payment due 9/16/19 with the new

You don't give Turbo Tax your credit card info for estimated payments. You pay those directly on the federal and state websites yourself. Or are you asking about QuickBooks? That might have setup the payments.

pay directly on the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/payments

Be sure to pick the right kind of payment and year.....2019 Estimate

I am having the same problem, credit card is good and up to date, I think my computer is blocking it -- I changed cookie settings and updated drivers, I do not know what else to do, to let payments be processed. I need technical assistance.

This is still a problem. I tried 6 different credit cards. There is no place to enter linked payment under account.
