      <description>I don't know why that's not working for you.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Close your TurboTax program completely.&lt;BR /&gt;Re-launch it.&lt;BR /&gt;At the main screen it opens on, click the File menu at the top left corner and choose "New Tax Return".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Be sure you are not choosing "Open" Tax Return.&lt;BR /&gt;Is it still not working for you?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If it's still not working for you, then close it and re-start it again.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;At the main screen look in the middle at the section "Don't see your return in the list?"&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;You will see a blue button there that says "Start a New Return".&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Does that work?</description>

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;How do I start another return in Turbotax CD.&amp;nbsp; I have in the past created 4 taxreturns using CD.&amp;nbsp; I have a new computer thatt does not have ant previous Turbotax info stored.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to start one new return.&amp;nbsp; I closed out and opened Tt again. I selected the blue start a new return, the app is searching for tax files, there are no tax files saved, new computer. Tt has been scrolling searching for tax files for over 15 minutes.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I create another return with no tax files stored from the CD?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
