    <description>&lt;P&gt;I called the customer service 800 number and spent 45 minutes and got nowhere.&amp;nbsp; Hopefully posting this will get a resolution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using 2025 TurboTax Premiere Desktop for Windows version which is fully up to date (no new updates available when I check).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I get to the point in the step-by-step where I am ready to file, it does the error check and I get the following error for Form 8959:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;"Form 8959: _ This form has not been approved for release at this time.&amp;nbsp; You must obtain an update before you file your return in order to ensure that all the calculations are correct.&amp;nbsp; To receive an update, select Check for Updates from the Online menu to connect to our web site."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go into the Forms view, Form 8959 is showing as "NOT DONE" with a red exclamation point (!) for Windows.&amp;nbsp; The form is filled out and there is nothing flagging as incomplete or required on the form (no boxes or lines highlighted in light red).&amp;nbsp; There is also no error message showing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And, the Intuit forms availability web page indicates the form is ready, but there is obviously something wrong with Form 8959.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please, I need help with resolving this!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
