    <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in the 'no income tax' state of Washington.&amp;nbsp; I have purchased TurboTax Deluxe +State and do NOT have a choice to select my "free state" for filing.&amp;nbsp; The default is Washington only and Intuit wants $40 to download the state of New Mexico.&amp;nbsp; Why do I not have a choice to select the state I need?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
