Horrible support

I have been an Intuit and Turbotax customer for over twenty years. As of today I have not heard about why I have not gotten notices about the 2025 tax year version which supposedly was available in November of 2025. So I logged in to my account today and found out that the likely reason is that my payment method card has expired. So I attempted to update my payment method only to be given "Oops something wrong." and I tried two cards (AMEX and VISA) and neither one works. I never received an email stating my payment method needs attention. People who subscribe to the desktop version should at least get a courtesy of notification. I am seriously thinking of alternative solution since this is a horrible way to treat a customer of over 20 years.

Why don't you just buy it from Amazon? It's actually cheaper.

https://www.amazon.com/s?k=turbotax&crid=1ZRPQDMBUR5X0&sprefix=turbotax%2Caps%2C127&ref=nb_sb_noss_1
