File 2024 Tax Return

I already paid back in April 2025 the Turbotax Online for the 2024 tax return. However, I wasn't able to finish and file due to some circumstances. Is it still possible to get it refunded since I did not use it and now, I need to buy/use the Turbotax Desktop 2024 to file my 2024 tax return?

If you paid for the 2024 Deluxe online edition or higher you will need to contact TurboTax support to see if they will push a 2024 desktop edition to your download account.

Yes, I already paid around $290 and still has the email order confirmation from April 2025. Thank you very much for the quick response! This is very helpful. I will get in touch with TurboTax support.
