what are you trying to do? if it's e-filing 2024 or earlier that is no longer possible. the return must be printed and mailed. you may need the desktop app for that year. Only 2022, 2023, 2024 are available) . if you paid the Turbotax fees you should contact support to see if they'll push a free version of the desktop for that year.
