How do I activate a Turbo Tax 2019 installation?

I downloaded the 2019 from the website. It couldn't update itself either. There's no point of having it on the website if it doesn't work.

TurboTax no longer supports or provides updates for desktop software older than the sw for tax year 2022. Sorry.
