make sure all your info is correct. Did that, keep getting the same message. Only income item I can update is the. SSA and IRA info —- that’s the field I entered initially. Only field I could enter is tax refund —— cannot update dividends nor interest?

There are a number of form entry areas that are no yet ready for user input...like 1099-R forms, but a bunch of others too.

Suggest you wait until 1 Feb to continue. That will avoid most frustrations with the current software, which is not ready for full use yet.

It's February 11th. I'm trying to go back in and enter a 1099 Div that I just received, and I get that message "Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag. We recommend you revisit the last topic you were working on to make sure all your info's correct". How do I know where the last topic I was working on? The system didn't come up there when I opened up Turbotax.

IF you are using the "Online" TTX software, just use the left menu to navigate around to where you need to be.
