Did you sign up for the Advantage plan when you filed your 2024 return? The Advantage members are just now receiving the download for 2025 desktop software.

I cannot install this software on my windows 10 desktop computer. I do not want to purchase a new computer just for this purpose. I do not want to use online version for privacy reasons. My credit card was automatically billed in November 2025. I want to unsubscribe from any automatic charges and get a refund for the software I am not able to use.
