How can I access intuit academy? The link https://academy.intuit.com/ has not been working and just redirects to the general home page for intuit.

the link works for me. try again or try a different browser. note that is not accredited and doesn't guarantee employment. additional training or skills may be needed if your purpose is to make a career out of tax preparation.

On the other post that you had asked if it was resolved, one of the people that was having problems posted a picture that appears that it is redirecting to the Canadian website. At first glance, that may be the problem.

Are you looking for Intuit Academy for US taxes, or for Canadian taxes?

If you are trying for the US taxes, I'm wondering if you can use a VPN and set it so the website thinks you are in the US.

I don't know if it exists or not.

My first GUESS is that it does not exist. I tried Googling it and didn't find anything reliable. And from a financial logical viewpoint, the number of potential clients in Canada is drastically less than the US, so it makes less sense for Intuit to produce and provide an entire training platform for Canadian taxes. On the other hand, Intuit does have a Canadian version of "TurboTax Live" (having tax professionals hired by Intuit to prepared clients' tax returns), so MAYBE they do have some tax training somewhere, but I'm not seeing any evidence of it.
