    <description>&lt;P&gt;No. &amp;nbsp;Did she get a W2 for it? &amp;nbsp; Then the Social Security was paid in W2 box 4.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If she got a 1099NEC for anything then she has to file if it was only $400 or more and pay the Social Security and Medicare tax on it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
