Thank you for your answer to my first question.

I file taxes every year with my regular earnings.

My question is mainly: Since I'm a hobby crafter, is there a certain age where I no longer have to collect taxes, at the craft shows that I participate in. Do I just list my earnings, on my yearly taxes, like I would if holding a garage sale?

If you are "collecting" taxes, you seem to be referring to Sales Tax. The rules vary from state to state, but I'm not aware of any state that your age affects the requirement to collect Sales Tax.

If your activity is ongoing and you are trying to make a profit, it is likely a business rather than a hobby.
