My TurboTax included a $10 credit for a State tax program.

It showed that the cost to file would be 25-10 = 15.00.

However, when I went to pay for it, it gave me two choices, pay $25 with a credit card or deduct $40 from my refund. Why wasn't the credit given?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
