Question for Turbo Tax exported 1099-B incorrectly into the Form 8949 and Schedule D?

Hi, I exported 1099-B from the broker E*Trade to Turbo Tax in my computer. I found errors in the exported 1099-B worksheet , Form 8949 and Schedule D. The Turbo Tax misclasified a few transactions that belong to Box B into Box A. I don't know why this happened. The misclassified Box B transactions are noncovered securities and I need to add cost basis separately to calculate correct losses. I have to take out the transactions from Box A to Box B in these forms. I opened the 1099-B worksheet, Form 8949 and Schedule D in Turbo Tax in my computer and tried to fix the numbers manually by myself, but it is not allowed me to change any numbers. Do you know how to fix this problem? Please advise. Thank you so much!

TurboTax allows you to update/change the Box assignment for existing transactions.

delete and manually enter the transactions.

If you check the box indicating you have other boxes on your 1099-B to enter, TurboTax will accept the correct basis.
