      <description>&lt;P&gt;Request for Access to Intuit Product History and TurboTax 2024 Personal &amp;amp; Business Desktop&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1&gt;Background&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently set up TurboTax 2024 on my new computer. However, when I log into my Intuit account, there is no record of the many decades of Intuit product purchases I have made.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Intuit Customer History&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;My relationship with Intuit began with QuickBooks. Over the years, I have been a dedicated customer and have also served as a Pro Advisor. Now that I am retired, I have relinquished my Pro Advisor subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H2&gt;Current Issue&lt;/H2&gt;&lt;P&gt;Despite having installed TurboTax 2024 Personal &amp;amp; Business Desktop on my new computer, I am unable to access records of my previous purchases through my account. I need assistance to ensure I have access to the Intuit products I have paid for, especially TurboTax 2024 Personal &amp;amp; Business Desktop.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

When I use the second link (&lt;A href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/&lt;/A&gt;) I get what I can only describe as an inadequate web page (&lt;A href="https://us-west-2.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/unified/2024/index/gtkm?uid=69327621&amp;amp;version=1071&amp;amp;fepath=%2Ffe%2Fty24usindprod&amp;amp;pyAmend=false&amp;amp;csrc=[phone number removed]&amp;amp;swimlane=uswest2&amp;amp;alias=ty24usindprod&amp;amp;currentTaxYear=2024" target="_blank"&gt;TurboTax Online 2024&lt;/A&gt;) while it says "&lt;SPAN&gt;We're glad you're here!" I am far from a resolution and have no interest in Turbo Tax online at this point.
