Some states are issuing checks. The IRS/Federal government is not.

There were federal stimulus checks issued for tax years 2020 and 2021. There are no more recent federal stimulus checks. And it is too late now to get the recovery rebate credit for 2020 or 2021 if you did not get the stimulus checks for 2020 or 2021.
