    <description>&lt;P&gt;have you tried tax package support website to see if the partnership is listed and then you could check to see if you got a k-1. there is an availability date by each. They even have a phone number to call.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought and sold stock on of a company that issues a K1 on one day ( held it less than a day). didnt get a K1 by April so I filed an extension. Today is Sep 16 and I havent gotten a K1. &amp;nbsp; I didnt get any income or distributions from the company, only a short tetm loss, since I traded it. I am unable to get any information when I call or email them. &amp;nbsp;If I change my cost basis to zero since I dont know if I have adjustments, can I file my taxes?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
