First is stalled and then I got an error message and it said try again. I retried installing the update and it thought I was doing a new install-activation code and and everything else. I went along with it and what happened it totally deleted my TT folder in my&nbsp; File Explorer documents file. I had to reinstall the folder from my backup flash drive. Somebody want to tell me what happened?
