I don’t get it, the cost of TurboTax keeps going up but key items, such as this, are being eliminated!!!! How does TurboTax justify this?

I get not everyone uses this feature, but I’m banking at least 80-90% of TurboTax users do use it!!!

I have been downsizing since march, donating to goodwill and library.
I still have more to go. How does upper mgt suggest I track my donations, get fair market value without looking up on the internet? That’s going to add time to my already busy life! I think it’s a bad idea and the powers to be should be ashamed of themselves!!!

I have been using TurboTax for 20+ years and I guess it’s time to move on!!!! Turbo is going to lose a lot of customers over this!!!!

No they're not. At least not enough to have an impact on the company's gross revenue.

This is a ~$20-billion-dollar company with close to a $200 billion market cap. They won't be suffering from this decision, and it will probably make them even slightly more profitable.
