topic activation code in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I installed my TurboTax business software. Then when I was trying to run it, it gave me the option to repair/reinstall and uninstall. I chose the repair/reinstall but never got to activate my software because it said that the activation code is already used by another account. I am the only one using it, same account. tried to uninstall it , then install it. when activating it gave me the same answer. What to do next? I do not want to use another computer bec this has everything.

Where did you buy the Desktop program? There are places that sell fake or used License Codes. Authorized sellers
