topic Personal 2024 Filling Issue in Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have been using TurboTax for 12-15 years and have always received excellent service. This year, I filed my taxes and got a confirmation letter on April 13 stating that my file was uploaded correctly. However, there seems to have been an issue with an EIN number on a brokerage document, leading to a rejection by the IRS. I don't remember receiving any notification from the IRS regarding this matter. I attempted to refile in July, but it was rejected again. I also don't recall getting any alerts from TurboTax about problems with my filing. Eventually, I managed to get an appointment with the IRS and discovered that the EIN number issue was the cause. I've paid the amount I owed for 2024, but now it appears I may face penalties and late fees. I would like to discuss this with a TurboTax representative to clarify my situation and explore my options.
