I would like to purchase Will Builder but like a similar post, I did not purchase it prior to completing my tax filing. When I log out and back in I do not get the screen shown that includes the link to purchase Will Builder. Can someone please provide a link to purchase the product in TurboTax. Thx!

Since you didn't purchase Will Builder before filing your return with TurboTax, your best bet would be to reach out directly to ARAG, Will Builder's provider, using their Contact Customer Care page.

Willbuilder(ARAG) and things like MAX are add on while working on your Return only. They can not be added on after filing. You will have to await next tax season to purchase it. I learned this after hours of research and contacting ARAG and Turbotax back and forth.

I purchased Willbuilder through Turbo Tax. I want to use it now and cannot find it anywhere nor get help. I call a number and it's all wanting me to buy other things.

I called [phone number removed] and hit zero (the default "help"), and customer service agent walked me through everything!

I purchased Will Builder, but did not receive an email for access to this product. I called TurboTax customer service, since I purchased this product through TurboTax, but the representative was unable to help and didn't know anything about the product.

I went to the ARAG website for help, but there is no reference to Will Builder and so far no help there either. I think this Will Builder may be a scam by TurboTax. Hopefully, this will eventually be resolved. I think I just might be out $39 though.

Still no response about how to access Will Builder. I'm pretty sure this is a scam. Beware when considering Will Builder when filing your taxes through Intuit TurboTax.

I finally got a response after submitting a customer care request on the ARAG website. Representatives at TurboTax didn't even know about this product. The first time I called they were no help and the call eventually disconnected. I talked to someone else today, and they also had never heard of Will Builder. The sound quality was really bad, but he did try to connect me with some other "expert". That's when I saw the email reply from ARAG.

They are supposed to initiate an email with access information, but I had to follow up and request them to do this. Maybe it's part my fault for being impatient, but they should have automatically contacted me and provided access when this was purchased.
