These were all set up by the Healthcare.gov agent when my COBRA expired.

Did you get a 1095-A form for it? You only need to enter the 1095A and Turbo Tax will fill out the proper places like insurance premiums on Schedule A. Or are you filing Schedule C for self employment?

Thank you. I was not sure if the extra stroke/heart coverage and the dental coverage were

included in that.
