sorry you have forfeited any refunds due you for the years 2008-2020 because they were not timely filed. the same is true for 2021 unless you filed a valid extension. then you have until 10/15 /25

as to filing 2021,if valid, and 2022 and 2023 requires a compatible computer and the desktop app

Why not? Have you had taxable income during those years? If you have had taxable income and should have been preparing tax returns since 2008, you need a lot more help than we can provide to you from this forum. You need to seek help from a local paid tax preparer who can help you sort out what needs to be done.
