    <description>I have previously scrolled through four pages of sales, but not having reached the end of the pages I can't go back and have a blank screen. This does not change even after logging out and back in.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size:14px;"&gt;Make sure your program is updated. &amp;nbsp;This can be done by logging into your desktop product. &amp;nbsp;Select&lt;STRONG&gt; Online&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the menu on the top, and then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Check for Updates&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
