I still have not received my Georgia state tax return. It has been two months and all the information I put in online says, inaccurate. I am trying to speak with a live agent at TurboTax since they took enough money from me to file my taxes, and now they cannot help me. I do not want to speak to an AI. Does anyone have a number to speak to someone live?

TurboTax gets no information from the state after you file your tax return. No one at TT will be able to tell you what GA is doing.

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities, There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals. Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.
