Need activation code for TT 2021 installation.

I am not able to open up my installation of TT 2021 because I no longer have the activation code. I don't have the email from Amazon which may have had the code, nor do I have the installation disk. I can access the receipt from Amazon. I would greatly appreciate help from the forum, help through the 800 number is "not useful."
