      <title>TurboTax Desktop Software Re-Activation after Computer Hardware Replacement</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a copy of the TurboTax installed and activated on my computer. However recently my computer had a hardware issue and had it repaired. Now when I start the TurboTax, it asks me to activate the software. But when I tried to activate it, it says that the license code has already been activated in 5 computers. One of these 5 computers is my computer. Is there a way to resolve this issue? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;no guarantees since it seems you gave the CD to others to use on their computer. this is a violation of the licensing agreement. "&lt;SPAN&gt;The TurboTax user license allows one user to install copies of TurboTax on up to five computers that the user owns."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;your only option is to contact support&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
