Amend my return

hello, I don’t know where to start with the process. I submitted my tax returns for the year through chime. which I thought was partnered with TurboTax but it is not. But chime did not allow me to put in my amount made for the year so now I’m getting 0 dollars back. I spoke to a TurboTax expert and with my actual numbers from my income last year I’m supposed to be getting back 1,200. I’m not sure how to fix this. Through google searches it seems I should amend my taxes? Please help.

For you to file an amendment in TurboTax, you will have to enter your original information the way that you filed in in Chime. Once you do that, you can prepare the amendment to make the correction,

The best way to do that is to purchase TurboTax Desktop. Refer to the TurboTax article How do I get started with TurboTax Desktop?
