When you are preparing your tax return TurboTax does not tell you that you need a Form 1095-A. It asks you if you received a Form 1095-A. If you did not, then answer No.

Did you have health insurance from the Marketplace ("Obamacare") at any time in 2024?

What is it exactly that says you need a Form 1095-A? What exactly does it say? Have you already filed your tax return, or are you still working on it? Did you e-file your tax return and it was rejected?

you only need 1095-A if you had Marketplace Insurance/healthcare.gov or some other policy holder did an allocation. if it's your account you get the form from their website

https://www.healthcare.gov/

if someone did a policy allocation you would have the get the form from them and find out what the allocation was. form 1095_B is not reported on your tax return

some states have their own program. sowe would need to know your state of residence to know if additional guidance is needed
