Prior year software

I had TurboTax software 2023 in my old computer. That computer is broken. I want to install it in my new computer, but the new computer does not have CD drive. How can I install it in my new computer?

Click on this link to get to your 2023 tax download of the Desktop program. You will see this option under the section titled "File your 2023 taxes."

Since you have previously purchased the software, click on "access it here" to use your log in credentials and download your 2023 software again.

No I did not. I followed the instractions, but along the way there was $80 charge to download the software. I have the license code with me. Please advice.
