Turbotax version

I found that I need to amend my 2021 tax, which was done with an Online Premier version I paid for. However, when I try to amend my 2021 tax file, it tells me this can only be done with a 2021 Desktop version. Since I already paid for the 2021 online version, should I be able to get the desktop download for free, or at least with a discount?

You will have to contact TurboTax support to see if they will push the 2021 desktop installation file to your download account at no charge.

Thanks for advice. Getting thru to live support needs to go thru first the machine support, then forwarded to first level live support, who needed to handover to a second level live support who quickly agreed and sent the link to download desktop version without charges. Seems first level live support did not have the authority for such request.
